We offer standard delivery services for customer's order(s) shipped to Malaysia regions ONLY. Free delivery nationwide (Malaysia only)
Same Day Delivery
Order before 12pm on weekdays and you will be able to receive your order on the same day within selected areas in Klang Valley with additional charges RM25.00
Delivery between 10am to 6pm
*Not available on Weekend & Public Holiday
Tilley Malaysia reserves the right to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstanding.
Tilley Malaysia will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products for customer who have receive their order more than 7 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product(s) immediately upon receipt.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, you must contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after received your product(s) and your product(s) must be fall under following conditions: -
- product(s) arrived damaged or faulty
- Product(s) wrongly delivered upon order received
- Product(s) is out of date or expired
Requests for return or exchange of items will only be accepted under the following conditions:
i) Tilley Malaysia mistakenly delivers an incorrect item to the customer
ii) Tilley Malaysia delivers a damage/defective item(s) to the customer. However, all measures are made to ensure that items are in perfect quality and condition before we send out.
iii) Tilley Malaysia delivers an out of date or expired item(s) to the customer.
Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during the duration of delivery. From our side, we will ensure that the package is wrapped properly and securely to avoid any damages.
Exchange or return of items must be carried out within seven (7) days of receiving your order. (Please attach a clear photo of the damage or the defect and state clearly which product and explain the damage or defect incurred)
The return/exchange will be awarded in the form of CREDIT POINTS (discount voucher) and NOT cash that can be redeemed through www.tilley.com.my by purchasing other products available.
Re-Delivery of Item(s)
To be entitled to receive a re-delivery of the damaged/defective item(s), you are required to return the item(s) the same condition as delivered to you previously.
You will bear the shipping cost first but will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition.
The correct items will be shipped to you free of charge. Please note that we will not accept returned items if they show any signs of usage or further damage. In such circumstances, the shipping cost and the product(s) will not be refunded.
Please email us at email@example.com before you proceed to return the products to us. We will advise you on the next course of action in detail.
Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
In your email, please include:
1) Your full name, address and contact details
2) Order Confirmation Number
3) Items being returned along with a brief explanation (reason).
(Please also include Your full name, address and contact details and Order Confirmation Number on your return package)
4) When your Return Authorization is clears, it will be e-mailed to you. Returns must be completed within fifteen (15) days of the Return Authorization generation. Please print out the attached Return Authorization Form and include it in the package with returned items.
