Once your purchase is confirmed, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

KINDLY NOTE that products displayed on www.tilley.com.my are offered for sale within the limit of available stocks and under the conditions of sale specified on the website in particular the pricing conditions.

All items sold are solely on a `first come first serveā€™ basis. Full payment must be made upon placing the order.

All sales are final, no cancellation is allowed once the order has been placed.

Refunds can be done only if (i) the item{s) purchased is out of stock or (ii) the item(s) is flawed (defect item) and unable to be replaced.

Any damage or loss to the goods during the delivery process to the customerā€™s address is not the responsibility of Bakhache Luxuries and refunds will not be made.

EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE goods can ONLY be done if the buyer reports the issue to us within seven (7) days upon receipt of the item(s). Any reports made after the seven (7) days period will not be accepted or entertained. In your communication to us, you are required to attach a clear photo of the damaged or defective item(s) with the description of the product(s) and the said damage or defect in your written submission.
